Service architecture

The terminal for the recording of workers presence is equipped with a keyboard for the typing in of time card punching reason, an in and out double detector, a timing, date and messaging display, a tampon battery needed to guarantee the functioning autonomy up to 30' and the card of data communication via GPRS.

The terminals, in case are linked between them, send the data obtained through Internet Access Point to a safe FTP server on public IP.

Data Communication costs are included in the service fee.

Managerial application has all functions for the service such as:

  • Data reception from terminals' network
  • Data Selection through processing planner
  • Data processing of employees' signing in
  • Release of report on web portal
  • Release of working hours for cost center, unit, working day...

Client accesses the daily processed and historical data on the FTP server through a password, organized by day, week, month.

The Client, through a profiling, accesses the web portal for managerial reports (analytical data of working hours, report of exceptions) and for service management (SLA, Incident, Problem and change management).p>
