Consulting Division

The Consulting Division is focused on the planning and management of organizational and process innovation related to new ICT initiatives.

The Division's main objective is to offer solutions to create value to our clients' business needs, by supporting them in the definition and management of the changing process.

The proposed services are based on the application and engineered use of markets' best practices, ingrained through our professionals' long-term experience.

To this purpose we have created the “Business Evolution” and “Technical Evolution” areas within our company and for each area of activity a “Competence Center”, which embodies the experience and know-how required, to provide the best value in every specific project.
